ACBL Long Island Mustangs

The Mustangs play in the Atlantic Collegiate Baseball League (ACBL) which has been around for many years. The ACBL is one of eight college leagues sancionted and partially funded by Major League Baseball (MLB). The league's sole purpose is to provide a forum for players to play and be scouted. MLB has given all leagues clear direction in what improvements will enhance funding and stature in scouting circles. Included among those improvements are:

Professional Instruction through the summer
More local scouts in attendance and involved with each organization
Integrated practice facilities and formal team workouts
Formal team travel
Improved playing facilities and attendance
Community Involvement

We are trying to address these improvements and provide our players with a first class opportunity to play baseball and be seen by local and regional scouts. This is why we need your support!
